For shipments within North America we generally ship by Expedited Surface Mail. We have found that shipping by mail is the most economical method of delivery for our customers. However we will respect our customers shipping choice and therefore will honor any shipping method requested.

If you are located outside of North America we ask that you contact us for a  shipping quote, as we are shipping from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We have shipped to virtually every country without difficulty, and have ready access to Air Canada Cargo International  serving both Domestic and Overseas markets.

It is important for you to check in advance for any additional fees that may be associated with the importation of goods into your country. We do not pay for these extra charges that may include various tariffs, value added taxes, handling, fuel surcharges, brokerage, terminal fee, inbound fee and related fees.  We can provide duty free harmonized codes for our North American customers.

We are not responsible for shortages, or damage to items. Be careful before you sign your waybill as this may indicate that the goods were received in good order.

All of our items pass quality control and are very carefully packed prior to shipping to ensure safe arrival. Our breakage rates are less than 1/2%.
